Situated on the Afon Rheidol, adjacent to Cwm Rheidol Visitor Centre and Power Station this small lake is stocked with trout. Since the lake has been formed by the damming of the Rheidol the lake will also contain sewin and salmon which have been caught from time to time by anglers engaged in trout fishing.
