Mêl Mynach

Mêl Mynach is a local beekeeping enterprise based in Devils Bridge in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains.

The honey bees forage for nectar and pollen from the wild flowers in the surrounding fields and hedgerows. The variety of flowers throughout the spring and summer produces a pure and natural honey with an exquisite flavour. The honey is gathered from the hives in late summer, making sure the bees have plenty for themselves for the winter. Apart from lightly filtering the honey to remove bits of wax, nothing else is done to it so you really can enjoy a natural product just as the bees intended.
