Textile artist Sue Clow specializes in Creative Textile Recycling. Making hats and bags, rugs and wall hangings and lots more from everyday household textiles. Sue also designs craft kits to inspire and encourage others to learn textile recycling skills hoping to make some old, traditional skills easily accessible and entertaining. The kits and finished products can be found for sale on the Rag Art Studios website. Before the pandemic Sue travelled widely to craft shows, festivals and fairs, exhibiting work and running workshops. In the future she is hoping to open a studio at home for workshops but this is currently on hold. In the meantime she is learning new skills and working through a massive backlog of hoarded materials! Sue stocks a large range of unusual craft supplies for rug making and other textile techniques which are not on the website so feel free to ask if you are looking for tools or materials.
