These lakes are about eight miles up a spectacular mountain road from the village of Talybont and are situated, as the crow flies, just a short distance from the peak of Pumlumon itself. This complex of four small mountain lakes provides brown trout fishing, and is stocked by Talybont AA. The fishing is available to visiting anglers. Fly fishing only on Dwfn, Conach and Penrhaedr and worming is allowed at Nant-y-Cagel.
